🚧 Site Progress Update 🏗️

The steel roof structure is now complete at our commercial upgrade project. These images capture the dynamic transformation taking place on-site:

📸 With the framework finalized, our team is preparing for the next phase.
Roofing sheeting is currently being hoisted into place with the help of heavy-lifting machinery. This marks a key milestone as we close off the structure and move toward energy efficiency installations.

🔜 Once the sheeting is fully installed, solar panels will be mounted—supporting the center's move toward sustainable power solutions.

🏡 Townhouse Cluster Design | George, Western Cape

Every great design begins with a simple sketch — where vision meets paper and ideas take form.
A sneak peek into one of our latest residential concepts — a cluster of 4 contemporary townhouse units thoughtfully designed around a central shared courtyard.

🌬️ Design Consideration: The layout is oriented to embrace the prevailing south-easterly sea winds, creating natural ventilation pathways through each unit while maximizing privacy and garden access.
🧭 Orientation: The units are aligned along a north-south axis, with careful attention to sunlight and wind movement. The communal heart of the scheme ensures a sense of openness while each unit maintains a strong connection to its own yard and living spaces.

The hand-drawn site plan reflects our commitment to designing for climate, context, and community. We’re excited to see this take shape on site in the near future.
