When I was pregnant with my middle child, I had the worst back pain imaginable. I could not eat, sleep or work full shifts. My brain could not grasp it. I am strong, fit, eating well (when I can), how could I have back pain?? So yes, it can happen to ANYONE. The big thing about my back pain, I knew when it would come to an end. Just 9 months but many don’t have that saying grace of a light at the end of the tunnel. The birth of my business came 6 years ago from the big need I felt to drop the global rate of back pain. After you have an operation or injury, you get sent home with an exercise program. Most of the time patients don’t do the homework correctly or not at all, causing the patient to get pain again and start the cycle all over. I want to break this recurring cycle with the use of Pilates and teaching other Pilates Instructors the same.

Nothing is as rewarding, humbling, motivating as when you found your Divine purpose on earth and all that is left is to share with love, especially to the women with a low self image.

Yes, yes, and yes again! With A.I. taking over the world, the most precious thing that will remain is personal connection. If you have a personal connection with the women of the product/service you use and created a trusted relationship, they will always be top of mind, making us all marketers for each other’s businesses. I need to trust

To invest in people with passion for what they do slowly creates a community of passionate women. Passion is contagious. The more you do for them, the more they will want to return the favour.

I believe every woman has a unique contribution they can bring to this world. By buying their products or services, I’m celebrating their uniqueness and see it as a way to strengthen their vision in the business world.
