Just finished "rebounding" after my show, 5 weeks ago. Here is what the last 21 weeks look like. Got leaner and more jacked. Going to cruise now and let the body relax. In 8 to 10 weeks, we're going back to growing. Training will continue, will stay on a clean diet but the pharma is back to baseline HRT.
