Our Member of the Month is the definition of consistency. She shows up, puts in the work and quietly keeps levelling up - proof that progress isn’t magic, it’s commitment.
As a long-standing and valued member of our community, she’s not just part of the gym… she’s part of the fabric of it. From humble beginnings (1 class per week) Tash now trains 5 times per week (it must be love;)
Bonus points for training alongside her husband and daughter — because nothing says family bonding quite like burpees.
