Run/Walk for Life is a walking / running group. We meet 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 17h00 at the Fish Hoek Hockey and Cricket Club in nelson Road. From the end of April we normally start a bit earlier at 16h00 or 16h30 because it gets dark quicker. Vitality members earn points for each walk they do.
