The mountains are always there for me no matter what. 🙏

I have run happy, sad, angry, frustrated, heartbroken, joyful...all the emotions. And the mountains have never once not shown up for me. They are my safe place when the world gets too much - they don't judge, cheat, lie or gaslight. They are literally and physically my rock. 😂

Running has given me so many gifts - the gift of healing, of physical endurance, of working though and processing challenges I've faced, of meeting new people who share my love for the trails. Running has given me freedom to be me. Unapologically.
