Impressive Signs

This guy get warning after waiting 3 hour for sap to come when pull him over for drunk driving, no licence for car reckless driving, and druck driving.SAP just give him warning.How is this possible!!Aslo call KDM and they just say not there problem sap need to handle it.So my question is must this guy first kill someone so they do something about it! He also wanted to give me bribe of R 500 to let him go.He also where accident last week in Stanger and also got away.Look comments I put other videos!On video's you see almost twice he had head-on collisions and before we starting to video he also had one close call.Any one who knows who other people in the cars in videos please contact me.I want also help how to takes this further I am not going to let this go!
