As South Africa commemorates Youth Month, Pier 1 is proud to play its part in empowering the next generation of industry leaders. Pier 1 had the privilege of hosting final year students from Regent Business School as part of their Supply Chain Management programme.

The visit provided students with valuable insight into terminal operations, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world industry practice. Through firsthand exposure to the terminal environment, students gained a deeper understanding of the critical role terminals play within the broader supply chain ecosystem.
