Cape Epic 2026 — an unforgettable chapter.

Not my usual space, but for a week I traded comfort zones to become private chef for two incredible professional mountain bikers and their crew. I came armed with creative menu plans, and quickly learned that performance runs best on simple food of rice, chicken, and veg.

Honoured to be part of a team that claimed the African jersey and placed 6th overall. Watching the power and grit of these women firsthand was something special.
