First things first - the roll out for this single could've had more space on the socials. These days an artist needs to be out there for the people to even remember you. Attention span of listeners over the years has lessened soo artists need to be in peoples faces yet still find the balance to not over do it...

Enough was seen of the promo to know a song was on the way just that more space could've been utilized.

Now to the business side of music. Whoever is in Meraki's ear please carry on. There's maturity from his album "20 Blunts" to this single.

Meraki showed his versatility on this single, as the song is a mellow song mashed with Hip Hop rhymes to compliment it along the way.

He talks about leaving the game for ustraight wakhe, risk it all and putting a ring on it. "Uyabona Sthandwa Sami inhliziyo yami iphethe nguwe"

It's a love song and profanity will always be an issue even though it was one word "P****y".

I would love to see him perform this song live (As rappers are now "forced" into a space where they need to also sing, would be great to see a live performance to range his vocals on a live set). The range on the song itself is great.

The guitar and the chorus go hand in hand, great work to the producer Cc OB MagiK for working umlingo wakhe... Play it twice and you end up humming along to it, it's very catchy. Isginci gives Cold Play vibes when the song begins which will always attract anybody that's around.

Three things are certain Death, Taxes and Meraki calling out Mbali...

Perfect song for a Neo Soul playlist...
