If you wait until when you have lots of money to start a business, you might never start. I always encourage people to start from where they are with what they have.

Below is an example of how a person who wants to start a bakery business can start small and scale gradually.

1. Identify your target market.

2. Determine what you want to be baking. Is it bread, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies etc.

3. Start baking with the resources you have. Before you can setup shop, bake from your house. Buy the essential equipment and materials required to bake, package and deliver the baked items.

4. Let people know that you bake, sell the baked muffins in your community, colleagues at work, church members etc. You can even offer a free muffins to your colleagues, friends etc..

5. Set up an online presence for your business to create awareness about your business. Could be on Facebook, Instagram etc, post quality pictures of your products.

6. From the profits that you make, keep upgrading your business in terms of equipment, varieties, flavours and packaging etc.

Most importantly, put your heart into the business. If you become consistent, you will have your own bakery shop.

A good Customer service says alot about you,your business and the brand you want to represent by always being consistent on the service you deliver
