Sport is more than just a game. It teaches discipline, respect, teamwork, courage, and hope. Whether it is Rugby, Soccer, Netball, Cricket, or any other sporting code, every field, court, and pitch becomes a place where dreams are born and futures are shaped.

Roses R.F.C proudly stands alongside Despatch Oostelike Rugby Club and Despatch Rugby Club in recognizing the incredible commitment shown by the people of Despatch toward building and maintaining strong sporting facilities for generations to come.

We encourage everyone to never give up on this mission. Every improvement made to our sporting facilities is an investment in our children. Every hour volunteered, every sponsorship secured, every helping hand extended, creates opportunities for young people to grow, succeed, and believe in themselves.

Dear Players,

I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits.
As we continue our rugby journey together,

I want to remind each and every one of you not to give up hope. Challenges will come, and there will always be people who doubt what we are capable of achieving.

Some may not believe in our vision, our team, or our ability to succeed—but that should never stop us from believing in ourselves and each other.

Rugby is more than just a game. It teaches us discipline, commitment, teamwork, and resilience. Most importantly,

it brings people together. I encourage you all to continue doing what you love—playing rugby with passion, pride, and purpose.

Let us also remember that we are building more than a rugby team; we are building a stronger Despatch community. Through love, respect, unity, and hard work,

we can create something special that future generations will be proud of.

As we await our next fixture, I encourage everyone to get back to the rugby practice field with positive attitudes and a willingness to improve.

Every training session is an opportunity to grow stronger, sharper, and more connected as a team.
