Sometimes you just have to start or end with something simple to get to that level you want to go. You don’t always have to do fancy things just do the basics if you want to win.
The rest will come like a snow ball. For example like showing up at the gym at least 5 times a week or doing the most basic exercise you can do at the beginning or end of your workout.
Being too fancy can cost you too much time and unnecessary resources. What fancy habits do you have that are holding you back in life?
