Since our humble beginnings in late 2009 our control room staffing levels have grown nearly 3-fold. The demand and interest in our service offering has exceeded even our wildest expectations – with our growth being entirely based on referrals. There are a number of significant projects that we are currently involved in this year which will ramp this growth curve even further. Our daily focus on re
fining systems, aided by our full-time IT Manager, keeps Verifier abreast of the latest technology, making Verifier an industry leader. Our state-of-the-art intelligent software provides significantly enhanced functionality that conventional, traditional, manual systems cannot offer. The logging function allows us to track trends in activity for individual clients, as well as general areas. For example, with sufficient data we are able to identify hotspots for house-breaking or car theft. As each incident is logged, it is recorded by description (e.g. This tool has great potential for fighting crime collectively rather than on a case-by-case basis. The nature of the software also allows for completely transparent relationships with our clients. Everything that relates to their sites - ranging from suspicious activity in their area to gates left open - is logged with a time stamp, staff involved, and an exact description that cannot be manipulated. We believe that no matter how small, there should never be any cover-ups when lives are at stake. Keeping our clients up to date with what is happening on their sites is a further attribute. The software allows us to generate in-depth, intelligent reports at the click of a button. This offers additional comfort, demonstrated by our pro-active interest in their security systems and by extension their safety.
