special designs to meet your needs. We stock a wide range of 12v LED lights for 4x4 vehicles, camping and security purposes. Our main product is a Pre-Programmable Dual Battery Charge system with the following functions:
1) The system monitors your start battery(Primary Battery pack) to make sure it is fully charged before switching to your aux battery( secondary Pack) for charging. These values can be programmed pending on alternator
2) The system has a JUMP START function which allows the driver to start the vehicle using the aux battery(secondary pack) with the push of a button. It gives the driver 15 sec of start time.
3) The system also has a 20 Amp Output to use as needed.
4) The system monitors the aux battery(secondary pack) charge value and when it gets to a set voltage(programmable), the system shuts down but still leaves enough voltage for a JUMP START.
5)Because the two batteries are isolated from each other the secondary battery can be charged with an external battery charger and that will not have an influence on the start battery.
6) The system isolates the main battery from the secondary battery, this insures that the start battery only gets used to start the vehicle and not for any other loads in the vehicle. The loads will drain the secondary battery to a set point and shut it down.
7) If output is more than 20 Amp, additional relays can be used to allow for the bigger current draw.
8) The system is in a metal box with mounting holes for easy mounting.
