🌵The kale trees are gone, little brassicas and greens are maturing in their place, and I'm over here looking at this damn cactus like 🧐👀🤔... It is supposed to be a fruiting Peruvian Apple Cactus ~ a cousin to the dragonfruit. But as time goes by and the thing nears the roof line, we are getting not only impatient for flowers and fruit, but suspicious it may have been mislabeled at the nursery. Here's to hoping it wasn't! 🤞🏼 We are feeding everyone in the beds some aerated worm compost tea this weekend, and the two "Peruvians" will get their share as well. We keep them well-fed to encourage flowering and fruit, but... 🤷🏼‍♀️ 17/10/2018
