• Observations and investigations with regards to staff, clients, equipment, stock, security, outside contractors and labour unions.
• Constant flow of relevant criminal and or union related managerial information that will lead to arrests and/or dismissal of staff.
• Static surveillance by means of high end technology and equipment to build a case, collate proof and to change highly sensitive information into evidence.
• Follow-up investigations from the undercover network to identify and verify all relevant facts in order to take the right action at the right time.
• Liaison with the SAPS if and when necessary on behalf of the client.
• Tracing people and assets.
• Assistance with legal counsel, in all legal matters matters. (includes document verification and tracing people and their hidden assets)
• Disciplinary Enquiries: We also supply chairpersons for disciplinary enquiries where dismissal is a possible sanction.
• Analysis of evidence such as the authenticity of documents and verification of evidence against accused people.
