On our Karl Mayer Lirapol and Superpol machines specialise in a snag-free Poly-Cotton towel as well as towelling fabric by the meter. Because we have machine widths varying from 150cm to 270cm we are flexible with sizes. We use an 8% polyester composition on the towel, which is purely used for stability. The 92% is all Cotton, which means the towel is a 100% cotton touch towel.

The annual production for the Lirapol machines are 150000 meters of towelling fabric and on the Superpol Machine is approximately 140000 towels, depending on the size of the towel.
