When omelettes don't cut it for bfast...
All cut to the same length:
Cheese griller
Bell pepper
Green beans
Onion
Tomato
Oyster mushrooms
Added to that, garlic and mixed herbs with my standard mix of soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and a dash of rice vinegar all fried together to set up for the egg mix.
Once the egg is in lower the heat and let it cook through... Present as you prefer

Hey friends...
Pork parmesaan buchatini...
The title belies the fun making this:
- cubed pork fillet
- jullienned bell peppers and carrots
- milk, flour and parmesan for the sauce
- more parmesan than logically needed
- cooked and mashed butternut and cumin to add to the sauce.
- Origanum
- a few balancing to flavours to personal taste, salt, pepper, msg, soy sauce, sesame oil and a dash of fish sauce to liven things up
- buchatini pasta cooked al dente

The cooking has all but come to a temporary halt, a few life changes and the general cost of ingredients has made it near impossible to deliver the quality and still be reasonable...
I'll keep posting pics of my brief kitchen exploits in the hope that I inspire you and keep you interested in my love of the art.
Tonight is a bacon and peanut butter chicken carbonara (stax of parmesan) and stir fried edamame beans with select veg in a lemon and ACV sauce to clear that richness from your palate
