AWESOME article on Mugwort, also known as Wormwood (well part of the same species)... one of my all-time favourite herbs. Also a mild sedative (hence why they use it in the production of absynth)....also the second-most bitter herb known to man! What a natural miracle .... relly is Popey's secret ingredient - so bitter it sends shivers down your spine - not for the feint hearted!
