..question: why does people who often buy the latest computer technology - break it.. then when a technician assists them in repairing it..want to firstly tell the how to repair it...then secondly tell them how it should work. Just a word of advice...that technician probably knows more than you about computers, secondly just thank them for fixing it. Remember technicians do not manufacture your product and most importantly the sales agent where you bought it WILL tell you anything just so you would buy the product. Have a heart...give your techie a break...he deals with enough difficult customers already. .
