In her powerful interview with host Graeme Richards, Tarryn shared her awe-inspiring story of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in her wheelchair, her mission to promote accessible tourism, and the everyday challenges faced by persons with disabilities in accessing basic services.

Tarryn also got Mzansi moving with a fun seated chair workout focused on lower body and core strength**, proving that fitness can be accessible to all. 💪♿
