You cannot claim to be great baker, baking the worlds softest bread; at the same time, the worlds best lawyer and accountant/tax practitioner. No one says employ a lawyer and an accountant in your bakery, but you should cultivate a relationship with one and touch base with them at least twice in a year. The value in that far outweighs the cost. Only focus your energy on what you are good at.......... baking that 'bread'.
