We’re Hiring: Foodservice Manager | Somerset West

GERATEC is looking for a proactive and organised Foodservice Manager to join a collaborative management structure and share responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall performance of a food service unit.

The successful candidate will help ensure efficient operations, high-quality meals, excellent service delivery, food safety compliance and strong relationships with clients, residents and team members.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven foodservice or operations management experience
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience in staff management, budgeting and cost control
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
• A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
