Most digital work lives on small screens. This one lives at the V&A Waterfront, where people can walk up, tap, and explore stories about social and environmental action.

We partnered with the V&A Waterfront to build a platform for Change Chapters: a campaign amplifying stories of sustainability, inclusivity, and opportunity from individuals driving change across one of Cape Town’s most visited precincts.

The live interactive installation brings the campaign directly to people on-site. It works as a responsive web experience across all device types. We created an experience that included WhatsApp-integrated story submissions, storybook animations, a page-turning mechanic, and performance analytics. Our solution emerged from the intersection of strategy, experience, technology and data.

The V&A now has a scalable platform ready to be updated with new stories that connect their local and international audience to the impactful work happening in their neighbourhood.

This is an experience designed to evolve and keep delivering value.

Good work starts with good energy.

This is the space where strategy meets design meets tech meets data meets heated foosball battles. The best ideas? They usually show up somewhere in the overlap and sometimes over a chess break.

Here's a peek inside our Cape Town HQ.

Ever wondered what a prototype built in just 3 months can really do?

In partnership with KDDI Japan and Mazda, we created a complete ride-share concept and took it to the road. The app was tested in cars on the road and captured driving behaviour. It was designed to support 3 languages: English, Thai, and Japanese.

This build covered the whole experience from passenger app and driver app, to admin tools for managing the fleet. The end-to-end system solution gave Mazda the insights they needed to take their own branded ride-share service to market.

This month we’re celebrating a big milestone with Kayley Smith - four years on the team and a well deserved promotion to Engineering Team Lead.

One of our mottos at Touchfoundry is: ‘be good people and have fun’, and Kayley brings that to work every day. She’s the one we tag in when a project needs some star power, and she inspires us with her hourly power-walks. Hilarious, whip-smart, and always quick to help.

We’re excited to see you make this new role your own.
