Good day out, PB for half marathon so pretty darn happy with that.

Receiving the medal was pretty special, Castaway Components you made us proud today 💙

We didn't carry our phones today so no pics or videos of the day out, but it was sublime, the spectators and vibe was incredible 💥

Alec ran in his group and was an all star 🌟 with hardly any training and when training running my pace, he blew it out the water, well done, absolutely incredible ❤️

Jax ... you were a rockstar my friend, so glad we got to see you at the end # #
