We strongly feel that getting physical should be your last resort, our goal is to enable you to evaluate a stiuation, make a descion and free yourself from danger. We offer classes that focus on basic, logical movements with the goal to act quickly before a situation gets out of hand. We do public appearances/presentations. We strongly oppose abuse against women!
