Employers seeking to take advantage of the MyCalling Solution can register directly with us. Registration will also include an introduction with a MyCalling specialist to fully understand their specific needs and requirements as well as how best to incorporate the solution into their existing people recruitment & management process. Once registered, we can run specific campaigns tailored to the employer and attract new candidates into our portal or they can browse existing candidates who have already undergone the MyCalling process and are present in our repository. Employers can search for particular candidate using a range of filters that they choose, whether it be working conditions, backround or availability.
