Malva Pudding Cupcakes 🌺

I just looove the warm and cozy flavours of malva pudding, its been my all time favourite dessert. And these are one of the first recipes ive played with to create our own original recipe.
As I was baking a cake for a really special wedding this past weekend (pics to follow soon) i took the opportunity to bake these lovelies for my family. I also couldn't resist topping them with these gorgeous pink flowers 😍😍

Pancake game is getting pretty strong not gonna lie 😄
Whipping up a batch of fresh pancakes or baked goods is my favourite kind of therapy 😍

We tried one of our favourite recipe's by & once again, these brownies are the bomb 😍😍 topped it with dulce de leche and pretty edible dried flowers from 🌼🌷🌺🌻

Wholewheat Buttermilk Rusks😍

We couldn't find all of the ingredients so we substituted and hoped for the best.
No buttermilk, mixed milk + lemon juice. Worked like a dream!
Also couldn't find the bran rich self raising flour. We used a combination of wholewheat flour, cake wheat flour & wheat bran + baking powder + salt (not sure the salt ratio is perfect, i'd like to add less next time).
But the texture of these rusks are the best thing I've ever tasted! What an awesome recipe 👏👏👏
