The most rewarding thing about RWS is bringing value.
This brings me to salon No 4.
The value of relationships out ways all.
I spent just over a year with Joanne of after we had worked together for years at .
So I had the benefit and luxury of already knowing her personally.
We get into hairdressing so we can be ourselves, be creative and make a living.
In that order.
Sometimes this changes along the way. I pray we can all fight to keep that order.
Ochre to me was a true example of a salon built around the stylist.
The client will always be happy if the stylist is happy. It's the flow of creativity through to a great result.
Joanne's work ethic has always been high. Her creativity while elegant and luxurious always has a wonderful hint of herself hidden in there.
It's hard to determine but her eye is so detailed that you need to listen as well as look.
There is always something extra in the detail.
Joanne well done on achieving what always seems unachievable.
You are a hero to me.
