PAYROLL & HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

📍 Boksburg, Gauteng

Trinity Protection Services is looking for a strong, experienced, and hands-on Payroll / HR Administrator to join our growing team.

We are seeking an individual who is highly organised, detail driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and confident handling large payrolls and HR administration functions independently.

✅ Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Sage Payroll
• Strong working knowledge of E-clocker
• Experience with payroll, time & attendance, and HR systems
• Full payroll processing experience from start to finish
• Strong understanding of BCEA, UIF, PAYE, EMP201, leave, and payroll compliance
• HR administration experience including contracts, onboarding, disciplinary admin, and employee records
• Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
• Strong administrative and communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

📌 Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years Payroll / HR Administration experience
• Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment
• Strong computer literacy and reporting capability

⭐ Highly Advantageous:
✔ Experience within the Security Industry
✔ Experience dealing with shift workers, clocking systems, and large staff complements
