This weekend I demonstrated herb salts and hoe to use them in your food to your advantage🫶🏻 all for a good cause! We ate, we laughed and celebrated food✨

Happy Valentines Day!⁠ ♥️ .⁠ ButtaNutt Chocolate truffles:⁠ Ingredients:⁠ 1 1/4 cups ground oat flour (sib half with almond flour if you like)⁠ 1/3 cups @buttanutt cocoa macadamia nut butter⁠ 1/4 cup honey or liquid sweetener of choice⁠ Pinch of salt⁠ Some @buttanutt milk to smooth it out⁠ 1/2 cups ground oat chocolate chips of choice⁠ Dark chocolate to dip⁠ .⁠ Method⁠ 1. Add the flour in to a bowl, then scoop in the nut butter, honey, salt and then milk, start mixing⁠ 2. Once mixed and a dough forms, fold in the chocolate chips and mix well.⁠ 3. Scoop the batter in to heart moulds and freeze until set, once set, dip in chocolate, decorate⁠ and enjoy!!
