In the Design Phase of the Project, our in-house Engineering, Architectural and Design Team designs the structure and Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civils, Fire Detection & Control, IT & Networking). All done to the standards applicable to the Country and specified by the Client. Our team’s 3-D rendering of the Project Drawings enables the Client to experience the general feel and visualisation of the Project. Our professional Development staff then quantifies the Design and brings it to Site works stage in the Development Phase. The Development team finalises the Drawings against client approved concepts and implemented variations. Procurement and Construction Contracts are finalised. Consultants and approved Sub-contractors are appointed. The Site is established for work to commence.
