Community Skills Development &
Empowerment Campaign
“Creating Skills. Restoring Dignity. Building Futures.”
OUR MISSION
South Africa faces rising unemployment, poverty, and limited opportunities for many people who
desperately want to work and provide for their families.
TLC Development Services aims to provide practical basic skills training to unemployed and
disadvantaged community members so they can:
● Become more employable
● Start small informal businesses
● Earn an independent income
● Restore dignity and self-worth
● Build stronger communities
We believe practical skills can change lives.
WHAT WE PLAN TO OFFER
We aim to provide affordable and accessible practical training in basic income-generating skills
such as:
● Basic woodworking
● Welding assistance skills
● Painting and maintenance
● Gardening and landscaping
● Basic plumbing assistance
● Domestic appliance repairs
● Sewing and alterations
● Basic computer and cellphone literacy
● Entrepreneurship and small business guidance
● General handyman skills
Training will focus on practical, real-world skills that can help participants find employment or
generate income in the informal sector.

Skills development strengthens families, communities, and the South African economy.
By creating opportunities, building self-worth, and helping people earn an honest income, we
