Time to announce the winner of the 12WK Challenge!

In 3rd place with 144 points is Margi Santana. Ryno and I really want to send a special shout-out to her because she achieved 3rd place even though she has not been at BC for the past 3 weeks! She achieved amazing results and dropped 4.95% in body fat.

In 2nd place with 147 points is awarded to Diane Leigh. Our resident veteran has pushed herself, learning to navigate social media a bit more and battling long covid. She managed to drop 1% body fat even though she was already at her ideal weight.

Drum roll...

1st place goes to Courtney Norquoy who managed to reach a whopping 186 points. She barely missed a session and made sure to go above and beyond with every task set for the challenge. She dropped 5.26% in body fat!

Congratulations to everyone who took part in this year's winter challenge. Every single person managed to drop in body fat and really made an effort to build healthy habits!
