The Corona pandemic has increased the incidence of anxiety, whether generalised or more specific - such as performance anxiety.
Clinical social worker Morag Scordilis uses case studies to illustrate how young children, teenagers and adults can benefit from BWRT® and why it is a fast, cost-effective solution.
In ep. 7 of the weekly podcast series Calm, Clear & Helpful Morag describes
- what anxiety is, when it plays a vital role and when it becomes overwhelming
- how a child who seems difficult or rude may be experiencing acute anxiety
- how children can be helped to feel at ease during therapy
- the story of Ella* (11), who feared her dance exams
- the story of Madeline*, Ella’s mom, who needed help regarding a lack of self-esteem
- whether a parent or other person can sit in on BWRT® sessions
- Morag’s three best tips on calming ourselves down: easy to use, free, and based on advances in neuroscience.

Get help, seek help, never be afraid to call a friend.
Take care and be safe.
