π Happy New Week from all of us at Capstone Prepπ
As we begin another exciting week of learning, growth, and discovery, we wish all our learners, parents, and staff a wonderful week ahead. May it be filled with curiosity, kindness, hard work, and many achievements.
Let's make this week a great one! πβ¨

ππ Our Autumn theme came to life beautifully this week! The learners enjoyed spending time outdoors exploring nature, collecting fallen leaves, and discovering different autumn treasures. Using the leaves they gathered, they created their own beautiful autumn tree artworks while learning through creativity and hands-on play. π€
One of the highlights of the week was tossing leaves into the air as if autumn leaves were raining down on them π€π We also captured a special video under the tree filled with laughter, smiles, and unforgettable memories.
Moments like these encourage creativity, exploration, sensory learning, and a love for nature while making beautiful childhood memories together. πβ¨

π New Theme for the Week π
A brand new week means brand new adventures, learning experiences, and lots of fun! πβ¨
We are excited to explore our new theme together and make wonderful memories along the way. π
Todayβs coding lesson was full of fun and creativity! π€π§
Arty visited Tucker again, but this time he spoke to him by using a simple loop in the main program. The learners explored how repeating code can make programming easier and more efficient. They also added the Penguin sound code card to the Blue Function, which made the robot play a funny penguin sound during the activity! πΆβ¨
This lesson helped learners build their problem-solving, sequencing, and coding skills while having lots of fun experimenting with loops and sounds.
It's Wednesday, so you know what that means .....P.E. at Capstone Prep
Today in PE, the learners were divided into 2 groups of 5 and played Piggy in the Middle. They really enjoyed working together and had so much fun during the activity. This game was excellent for developing their passing, movement, and decision-making skills, while also encouraging teamwork, communication, listening skills, and good sportsmanship.
As part of our lesson focus on βBuild Your Teamβ and βPiggy in the Middle,β the learners practised ceating space, avoiding defenders, reacting quickly, and working cooperatively with their teammates. Activities like these also help improve coordination, balance, social interaction, confidence, and participation in a fun and active way. The learners did very well and showed great enthusiasm throughout the lesson.
Healthy eating never looked this fun! πππ
Today our Capstone children got creative and made their very own fruit kebabs as part of this weekβs Healthy Eating theme.
All of our friends in the school joined in, explored different fruits, and enjoyed a colourful, healthy treat together! π
