Pocket Creatives
We help developers, councils, organisations, and artists turn cultural ambition into programmes, partnerships, and projects that actually happen. Pocket Creatives supports artists, creative professionals, and place-based projects to work more sustainably. We offer strategic mentoring, governance support, and cultural insight shaped by real-world experience across arts, property, and placemaking in the UK and France.

SwiMIPIM… done! HUGE thank you to everyone who’s kindly donated, and to the wonderful organisers - we’ve raised nearly £18,000 for Street for London homelessness charity! 💪🏻
Am definitely feeling the arm muscles today but we so lucky to have beautiful calm and sunny conditions yesterday and it was super to join such a fantastic group of people in the water. Am inspired to go for the 2km next year… maybe!
Postcards from Pocket - Elephant Park, London 🌳
There’s something so magical about coming together outside in nature to share in cultural, creative moments - mankind’s been doing it for millennia! 💛
We’ve been developing and producing outdoor public events and activation programmes since 2008 and in 2017 we had the joy of working at the new Elephant Park in London.
The opening of the first phase of this new green space in the heart of London was the perfect spot to host collaborations of local organisations, bringing existing and new communities together through the universal languages of art, music, performance, food, sport and of course, nature.
The park is fully complete now and continues to be a place where local people gather, exchange stories and their cultural passions. A lovely spot to check out is your ever in London!

The hope of spring Springing...
Blossoms and blooms herald the sun’s return, bringing longer days and brighter mornings. This season fosters new ideas, collaborations, and the quiet anticipation of what’s yet to unfold.
We always find that places that work best culturally aren’t driven by big, one-off moments.
They’re shaped by regular, layered activity — things that feel natural, familiar, and part of daily life.
We design programmes that build over time, that create trust. They invite participation and leave space for partnerships to grow.
Building connection and consistency - that’s what we think flow looks like when it comes to culture in public spaces.

Tuesday, 15th April, was ‘World Art Day’ and I am LOVING seeing all the posts supporting culture and creatives!
Established in 2019 at the 40th session of General Conference, World Art Day is a celebration to help promote the development, diffusion and enjoyment of art. Every year it serves as a reminder of the link between artistic creations and society, encouraging greater awareness of the diversity of artistic expression and highlighting the contribution of creatives to the world around us.
Art really is a universal language and I couldn’t agree more than with the words of the ’ instagram post -
“Art fosters creativity, innovation and cultural diversity. It helps spread knowledge and inspires curiosity and dialogue.
Art brings people together around shared values.
These are timeless qualities - ones that will endure if we continue to support artists and protect artistic freedom. By supporting art, we also strengthen our path toward a freer, and more peaceful world”
So let’s keep supporting artists, creative endeavours and access to culture for all.
