Albany String Orchestra

Rehearsals start Tuesday, September 9! We meet most Tuesdays from 7-9pm at the Albany Riverfront Community Center. All are welcome to join and we suggest contacting us by email first to make sure we are what you're looking for. To play, you need to register with Albany Parks and Recreation; there is a $96 fee per term. We will be rehearsing for a winter concert on December 13. Repertoire for this concert includes a Handel concerto grosso, pieces by Bach and Elgar, and a selection of Christmas carols and other holiday and winter pieces.
