As we enter the final month of the year, we are taking a moment to reflect on the key changes that defined our journey. We hope this month continues the great momentum we've built. For us, growth is about aligning our actions with our values: transparency, efficiency, and a deep commitment to the future of software development.

It has been an incredible journey of building a stronger foundation. Here's to the biggest pivots that fueled our momentum:

𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟳𝟯𝟯𝟲 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝟯𝟳𝟭).
This was a huge moment of alignment. Our SIC code with the IRS officially transitioned from Graphic Design Services (7336) to Software Development (7371). This change is mandatory based on the service that generated the majority of our revenue, confirming that our core strategy offering research backed designs and high quality software services has successfully positioned us as a true full stack innovation partner. We are exactly who we set out to become.

𝟮. 𝗔 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.
We registered BiTechX with DUNS & Bradstreet. This move was not a requirement; it was a choice. It demonstrates our ambition and commitment to complete financial transparency and accountability, ensuring we are ready to partner with any organization, large or small, that values verifiable credibility.

𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁: 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
We proudly welcomed 4 talented new members to the team! We are a people-first company, and our success is powered by the individuals we bring on board. We are committed to building a sustainable, ethical team where diverse expertise allows us to confidently take on bigger challenges.

𝟰. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝟯𝟰% 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲.
Process matters. This year, we delivered 112 successful projects with 34% higher efficiency. This agility is the result of constantly iterating our internal workflows and utilizing innovative tools. It means we are delivering more valuable outcomes and higher quality solutions without compromising on turnaround time.
