Welcome to Day 27 and another strong cardio session focused on building cardiovascular endurance. We’ve progressed once again taking this workout up to 16 minutes as we close in on the end of the series.
Designed for wheelchair users of different ability levels, including those with limited grip or hand function, this session keeps training accessible while still challenging your endurance. Work at your pace, stay consistent, and focus on steady effort throughout.
