We are considered to be in a Seller's Market. That means the buyer demand exceeds available listings right now. Most homes are going off market quickly.

Property values are still climbing. Over the next year, homes in Washington are expected to appreciate by 8.9%.

Mortgage rates are very low. In Washington, mortgage rates average 2.44% for a 15-year mortgage and 2.98% for a 30-year mortgage.
