Key updates include:

✅ New guarantees for investment security, fairness, and freedom to remit funds overseas.
✅ Provisions for transparency and protections against unfair expropriation.

These amendments are vital not only for economic growth but also for ensuring compliance with global standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measures. Safeguarding Samoa’s financial system while promoting a robust investment climate is a shared responsibility.
