'rainbow heart'
'rainbow' in Samoan
'heart' in Tawala language of Milne Bay, Papua New Guinea.
'nuanua' was created in Alotau, Milne Bay PNG - where Samoan printing techniques (me)
met one of the great carvers of the Trobiand Islands (our friend Siai). The
combination produced a unique array of exquisite designs and some fabulous
tropical prints!
