Seunuutasi Siaosina Monalisa Tofilau was bestowed the matai title Seunuutasi from the village of Satupaitea. Simply known as “Mona” is from the villages of Satupaitea, Lalomalava, Iva, Samauga, Salua Manono-tai, Sinamoga and Sataoa.
She is the daughter of the Late Tofilau Faumui Fealofai, who sadly passed away when Mona was only 14 years old. Her mother and name sake is Sauoaiga Leiataua Sooalo Siaosina Tofilau.

She is currently employed at the Samoa Police and Correction Services as a Senior Correction Officer.

Her favorite netball players include the legendary Linda Vagana, Tilomai Vagana and Rosie Ripley. Favorite Netball teams are, of course, St Mary's Netball and the Silver Ferns.

PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS
• Represented Samoa in the Netball Pacific Mini Games Norfolk island 2001
• Represented Samoa in the Netball World Cup in Jamaica where Samoa placed their highest at 6th overall and ahead of Fiji and Cook Islands.
• Played for the Taranaki Team in New Plymouth in 2005 and was selected in the Western Force squad and received her coaching certificate the same year
• Represented Samoa to the Commonwealth Games, Australia in 2006, South Pacific Games, Apia in 2007, Netball World Cup, New Zealand in 2007 and the 2009 Pacific Series.
