Tet is a special time of year in Vietnam: It’s a time for family, a time for celebration, and a time for setting up good fortune for the year ahead.

At Vight, it’s no different.

After the past year of strict lockdowns and supply chain delays, we are happy that the whole team will be taking time off, down tooling, and seeing what this Year of the Tiger holds!

What can you anticipate from us in the upcoming year? Tenacity, that’s for sure.

Tiger years represent strength and bravery – traits that we at Vight value and live by every day.

Opening a new factory during a pandemic isn’t for the faint of heart, but our perseverance has made this a worthwhile endeavor we are so proud of.

Our design, engineering and innovation division has also developed greatly over the past year with our belief in bringing endless lighting possibilities to life!

2022 is also a Water Tiger year (the last one being in 1962!), suggesting that the year ahead will provide a calm confidence, one that is fluid and adaptable, come what may. We think everyone will benefit from the virtues of this mindset after the past couple of years we’ve all had.

As we say farewell to the Buffalo and hello to our new friend, the Tiger, from all of us at the Vight team we wish you a year of prosperity, good health and happiness.

Our office and factory will be closed from 29th January until 12th February. We look forward to seeing you in the Lunar New Year!
