The cuisine of Nice is a transitional cuisine between Provence and Italy, a cuisine with olive oil - the basis of the Mediterranean cuisine. 🫒
An authentic Nicoise salad 🥗 , a pissaladière (pizza cousin) 🍕 or some good tapenade toast is enough to feel the sunny fragrance of Nice. ☀️

For the Morocco 🇲🇦 side, this week we propose a special 🐑 Lamb Tajine with Prunes & Almonds - a wonderful combination of sweet & salty taste 👍 - For those who always want to stay in Morocco. And of course, we always keep couscous and briouates on the menu.

Một món salad 🥗 Nicoise chính thống, một chiếc bánh pissaladière (chị họ của chiếc bánh Pizza) 🍕hoặc những lát bánh mì nướng phết tapenade đậm đà là đủ để cảm nhận hương thơm đầy nắng của Nice.☀️

Second destination: ANDALOUSIA - southern Spain 🇪🇸

After the success of our Moroccan week, let's discover a bit of Andalusian cuisine this week. A Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of North Africa at the same time, always very colourful and generous.
🤔 Have you ever found similarities in the cuisine of different countries? Even these countries can be very far apart from each other.
This week's menu is composed of crispy small shrimp fritters, a fresh product of Vietnam but prepared in the Andalusian way. You can find this dish in Cadiz, a city in southern Spain. Or a seafood rice soup that reminds us of Vietnam's "Cháo hải sản" 🍲, but in terms of taste is completely different. And other dishes to discover...

For those who do not want to leave the tastes of Morocco 🇲🇦 , we always keep couscous and briouates on the menu.

Sau thành công của tuần lễ Ma-rốc, hãy cùng khám phá một chút ẩm thực vùng Andalucia tuần này - Một nền ẩm thực Địa Trung Hải đồng thời mang hơi hướng của Bắc Phi, luôn rất màu sắc và đầy đặn.
Bạn đã bao giờ tìm thấy những điểm tương đồng trong ẩm thực giữa các nền văn hoá khác nhau? Mặc dù các nền văn hoá này có thể ở rất xa nhau.
Thực đơn tuần này gồm có bành tép chiên giòn, một sản phẩm tươi sống của Việt Nam nhưng được chế biến theo phong cách vùng Andalucia.
