Thankful for my family support during this challenging period. I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone. Blessed to have such a wonderful family so I can focus on healing and not worry about meals and taking care of baby 🥰💛✨

This is so important because a huge part to healing involves Rest and Relaxation so our body can perform it’s miraculous work 🐣

We are programmed to subconsciously seek validation from others. More often than not, we lose bits and pieces of ourselves to gain the approval of others. Underlying it all, is the need and desire for love 💕

When I came across this quote, I found it really powerful as it shares that through the creations of our hearts, we will be able to win that same love of people. Instead of giving ourselves away or shrinking ourselves into a ball to please others, we can focus on finding our truest expression to bring joy both to ourselves and light up the hearts of those around us ❤️🌷✨

Yes! Good shall prevail! Let us all take action and plant the seeds of Life which will birth our Heaven on Earth into Being 🌷🌳✨ Starting with grounding ourselves, healing our pains to become fully embodied, and getting in touch with the soil and Mother Earth.

Our hearts simply longs to find its expression through co-creation ❤️

Darkness is simply the absence of light. When we allow the light of our awareness to fall upon our darkest shadows, when we allow ourselves to sit silently and lovingly with the most unlovable parts of ourselves, we reconnect to the radiance of who we really are. In that space, magic happens and darkness is transformed into peace, joy and bliss ✨
