🌏 FPT strengthens AI transformation partnerships with leading corporations in Singapore

Within the framework of the Viet Nam - Singapore Tech Connect Forum, witnessed by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and State President To Lam and senior leaders of Singapore, FPT expanded its collaborations with a series of leading corporations across finance, energy, logistics, and transportation sectors.

Key agreements include a strategic partnership with multinational bank UOB to accelerate AI transformation and develop a fintech ecosystem; and collaboration with Sembcorp to drive initiatives in AI, data, renewable energy, and smart urban development. At the same time, FPT joined hands with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) and ComfortDelGro to develop AI-driven solutions for logistics, operational optimisation, and enhanced customer experience at a regional scale.

🤝 This series of partnerships further reinforces FPT’s capabilities as a technology partner supporting organisations and enterprises in executing large-scale AI transformation strategies — from consulting and solution development to real-world deployment and operational optimisation.

Trong khuôn khổ Diễn đàn Kết nối công nghệ Việt Nam - Singapore, trước sự chứng kiến của Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm cùng lãnh đạo cấp cao Singapore, FPT mở rộng hợp tác với hàng loạt tập đoàn đầu ngành trong các lĩnh vực tài chính, năng lượng, logistics và giao thông.

Các thỏa thuận nổi bật bao gồm hợp tác chiến lược với ngân hàng đa quốc gia UOB nhằm đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi AI và phát triển hệ sinh thái fintech; cùng Sembcorp triển khai các sáng kiến về AI, dữ liệu, năng lượng tái tạo và phát triển đô thị thông minh. Đồng thời, FPT cũng bắt tay với Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) và ComfortDelGro để phát triển các giải pháp AI trong logistics, tối ưu vận hành và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng trên quy mô khu vực.

🇻🇳🇹🇭 FPT advances AI partnerships with Thailand’s leading enterprises

On May 28, in the presence of the Vietnam Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, and the Prime Minister of Thailand Anutin Charnvirakul, FPT exchanged Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on AI collaboration with C.P. Group and SCG.

Under the agreements, FPT and C.P. Group will jointly advance AI and digital transformation initiatives across the entire value chain of the world-leading agri-food conglomerate, with a focus on strengthening data analytics capabilities, traceability, and intelligent operations.

FPT is also partnering with SCG to explore and implement next-generation AI and digital transformation initiatives across its business ecosystem. Technologies such as Agentic AI, Digital Twin, and advanced data analytics are expected to support operational optimization, predictive maintenance, supply chain management, and enhanced production efficiency.

The activities took place as Vietnam and Thailand marked the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, further strengthening technological and economic cooperation between the two countries.

🇻🇳🇹🇭 FPT phát triển giải pháp AI cho các doanh nghiệp hàng đầu Thái Lan

Ngày 28/05, trước sự chứng kiến của Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Tô Lâm và Thủ tướng Thái Lan Anutin Charnvirakul, FPT đã trao đổi Biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác trong lĩnh vực AI với Tập đoàn C.P. và Tập đoàn SCG.

Theo đó, FPT và C.P. sẽ cùng thúc đẩy các sáng kiến chuyển đổi AI và chuyển đổi số trên toàn bộ chuỗi giá trị của tập đoàn nông nghiệp – thực phẩm hàng đầu thế giới, tập trung vào nâng cao năng lực phân tích dữ liệu, truy xuất nguồn gốc và vận hành thông minh.

FPT đồng thời hợp tác với SCG nhằm nghiên cứu và triển khai các sáng kiến AI và chuyển đổi số thế hệ mới trên toàn hệ sinh thái kinh doanh. Các công nghệ như Agentic AI, Digital Twin và phân tích dữ liệu tiên tiến được kỳ vọng sẽ hỗ trợ tối ưu vận hành, bảo trì dự đoán, quản lý chuỗi cung ứng và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.

Hoạt động diễn ra đúng dịp Việt Nam và Thái Lan kỷ niệm 50 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao, qua đó tiếp tục củng cố hợp tác công nghệ và kinh tế giữa hai nước.

🚀 Persistent efforts to standardize quality from within

Working in Healthcare Integration, where every data flow demands near-absolute accuracy and security, Do Doan Bac has chosen a proactive approach: standardizing quality from the very beginning instead of waiting for issues to arise.

In his role, he and his team developed a middleware platform designed to securely process and transmit data between hospital systems and external partners. With large volumes of sensitive data and strict requirements for encryption and access control, the challenge was not simply about connectivity, but about ensuring that data could be transmitted accurately, seamlessly, and without duplication.

According to Bac, in the healthcare sector, waiting for errors to appear before taking action can sometimes be far too late. Even a minor disruption in data transmission can trigger a chain reaction across downstream processes. Rather than focusing on fixing isolated issues, he and his team chose to look at the system holistically - reviewing the entire operational workflow and optimizing the root causes affecting data transmission from the ground up.

🥇 Thanks to this methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail, the projects under his leadership have consistently received high praise from clients. Bac himself was honored with the Best Performance 2024 award, while one of the projects he contributed to also earned the Best Project 2025 title.

Làm việc trong mảng Healthcare Integration, nơi mỗi luồng dữ liệu đều đòi hỏi độ chính xác và bảo mật gần như tuyệt đối, Đỗ Doãn Bắc - Tech Lead tại Global Healthcare Center, Tập đoàn FPT - chọn cách tiếp cận: chuẩn hóa chất lượng ngay từ đầu thay vì chờ lỗi xuất hiện.

Theo Bắc, trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sức khỏe, việc chờ lỗi xuất hiện rồi mới xử lý đôi khi là quá muộn. Chỉ một gián đoạn nhỏ trong quá trình truyền dữ liệu cũng có thể tạo hiệu ứng dây chuyền tới nhiều quy trình phía sau. Thay vì tập trung xử lý từng lỗi riêng lẻ, anh cùng đội ngũ lựa chọn nhìn toàn cảnh hệ thống, rà soát toàn bộ luồng vận hành và tối ưu từ gốc các yếu tố liên quan đến quá trình truyền dữ liệu.
