APFL Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Viet Anh PHAM and To Nguyen, both from our office, as of Counsel, with effect from 1 March 2026.

▪️Viet Anh has been a valued member of APFL Partners since 2010 and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar. She brings deep expertise in law, and , contracts, , and transactions. Over her career, Viet Anh has advised leading international clients across sectors on complex transactions and investment projects in Vietnam, earning a reputation for strategic insight and trusted legal guidance. Holding a PhD in International Commercial Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, she also contributes to the legal profession by teaching at various Vietnamese universities and at the Master of Franco-Asian Business Law program of Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, in Ho Chi Minh City, shaping the next generation of legal talent.

▪️To is a seasoned lawyer in our Ho Chi Minh City office and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar. Prior to joining APFL Partners, To gained broad operational and legal experience with another international law firm.
